TECHNICAL
See Sketch, 10 Players. Playing area divided into two equal parts, 30 x 20 yards. The middle area is a 2 yard divide for 2 Attacking Players (1 for each side that is a safe zone) and 1 Server for each side. The ball can be played from the middle or the Server. To progress the Attacker in the middle can enter the area of play and support the other Attacker. To make it easier, a further Defender can be added so 2v3.  Off side rules will apply.
