TECHNICAL
See Sketch, 12 Players. Playing area divided into three equal parts, 20 x 10 yards, all 3 areas are used for the technique.  The top two illustrations depict two servers at each end of the area (the bottom illustration is for the Skill, see next session) and they will also represent the Target Players for the Attacking Player, here Red.  The Server passes the ball to the Attacker, the Defender starts 10 yards in and performs an arcing run to meet the Attacker, reducing space and touch tight to prevent turning.

SKILL
As Technique but allow tackles.

GAME
Area extended to 40 x 30 yards, 2 goal keepers and 5 out field players for each team.
