Chelsea Football Club has confirmed that they have signed former Barcelona and Arsenal playmaker Cesc Fabregas on a five year deal.
Fabregas who left Arsenal for Barcelona in 2011 had a clause in his contract which entitled Arsenal first option to buy back Fabregas. However, it is believed that Arsenal was not interested in resigning Fabregas.
