FIFA President Sepp Blatter has today confirmed that referees will use a vanishing spray in the 2014 World Cup. The spray will be used once a free kick has been awarded. The referee will pace 9.15 meters before spraying the ground to determine where the wall should stand, minutes after the spray has been used the spray will vanish leaving no marks on the pitch.
