World Cup 2014 predictions

As the World Cup draws to a close we here at Football Agents and Sports Lawyers have made our predictions for the quarter final of the 2014 World Cup

Here at Football Agents and Sports Lawyers our predictions for the World Cup quarter finals are.

France VS Germany

This game is arguably the best game of the tournament so far, both teams have looked strong though out the tournament and both teams have match winning players.

France has looked strong going forward but has looked fragile when defending, whilst Germany have looked fragile defending and attacking. Germany does not have a recognised centre forward and also lack pace at the back.

Brazil VS Colombia

Brazil are the clear favourites to win this game, however Colombia have proved a lot of people wrong since the start of the tournament. Colombia was given very little chance when there star striker Radamel Falcao was ruled out of the World Cup due to injury. Brazil who have not looked their best in this tournament have struggled to find consistent form, however there star striker Neymar has looked in excellent form.

Tom’s prediction

Brazil 2-1 Colombia Argentina VS Belgium This is a very close game to call, both teams have looked average and have struggled to find consistent form. Belgium’s striker Lukaku has struggled in the competition and has only scored 1 goal in the tournament so far. Argentina has also under achieved in the tournament so far. Argentina have won their previous World Cup games by only 1 goal. Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero has struggled in the tournament so far and has not found the net in his last 4 games.

Holland VS Costa Rica

Not even the biggest Costa Rica fan would of seen this, Costa Rica in the last 8 of the World Cup. Costa Rica are unbeaten in the tournament so far and have beat teams including Uruguay and Italy. Holland have also had a great tournament so far and have won all of their 5 games in the World Cup. Their most noticeable was in the group stages when they best Spain 5-1

The game will be played on Friday 4th July and Saturday 5th July at 5PM and 9PM
