Manchester City wins Premier League title

Thanks to two goals by Dzeko and Aguero during the added time against QPR (3-2), Manchester City wins its first Premier League title since 44 years.

Manchester City, Manchester United (who scored a goal in Sunderland) and Arsenal are qualified for the Champions League. Bolton, Blackburn and Wolverhampton are relegated.
