The football agent of Gabriel Paulista, the Defender of Villarreal, is said to be discussing a possible January window transfer to the Gunners.

Of late the Gunners look vulnerable at the back, and certainly from your analysis here at football agents the defender would be a great acquisition.  Having said that, the Gunner's certainly won the tactical battle with a 4-1-4-1 formation last night.  Everyone was behind the ball, compact leaving no gaps and pressing hard winning the ball and playing counter attack perfectly. Manchester City looked like they were running out of ideas and were unable to penetrate a new look Arsenal.

 Paulista has spoken previously about his desire to move to England, he called playing in the Premier League as a “dream” and that, of course, he was let the spoken to his agent about the possibility.

It is reported in The Guardian that

Gabriel spoke out on Saturday, after playing in Villarreal’s home win over Athletic Bilbao, and he confirmed that there was interest in him from Arsenal. He joined the Spanish club from Vitoria in Brazil for £2.5m in August 2013.
